What it does

One place to ask, instead of searching five tools

Ask in plain language
“Catch me up”, “plan my day” or “what was I mentioned in?” Answers come back linked to the rooms, tasks and files they came from.
Knows your meetings
Add a Rōrk email address to a meeting and it summarizes what mattered, captures decisions and action items, and brings them into the room.
Asks you when it needs you
When Rōrk, Alva, Sten or Astrid need a decision, the ask becomes a card with one-tap buttons, collected under Waiting on you on your dashboard.

Some questions need a specialist.
Rōrk knows which one to call.

Rōrk does not try to do everything itself. It sends an inquiry to the agent built for the job and reports back in the same conversation, so you do not have to know where to go.

How access works

Rōrk sees what your role and Workspace allow, and nothing more. Alva and Sten only work on projects where a manager has given them access, their messages carry their names, and their answers stay team only. Rōrk can also remember your preferences, but that is your choice, it is private to you, and you can see, edit and delete every item.

What is Rōrk?
Rōrk is the AI assistant built into Roomwork. Ask it in plain language what changed, what is blocked or what comes next, and it answers from your rooms, tasks, documents, meetings and time, with links back to the source.
Is Rōrk a separate product?
No. Rōrk is part of Roomwork, not a separate app or subscription. It lives in the same workspace as your rooms and tasks, so there is nothing extra to install or connect.
What are Alva, Sten and Astrid?
Alva is Roomwork's project assistant. She follows up on overdue or stuck work by asking the task owner for an update. Sten is Roomwork's security agent, powered by Flaw.co, and starts scans and code reviews. Rōrk can send an inquiry to either of them and bring the result back into the conversation.
What can Rōrk see?
Rōrk works within what your role and Workspace allow. Alva and Sten only work on projects where a manager has given them access, and their answers stay team only.
